You can make the payment by Credit Card in the circuit of Stripe and PayPal. The accepted credit cards are: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, PostePay, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB.
Shipping costs and times
Shipments will be entrusted to UPS Express Courier, with delivery times:
Italy: 48h + 24h for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands).
Europe: 3-4 working days
Extra Europe: 7-10 working days
ATTENTION: due to the summer closure, orders that reach us during August will be processed as soon as possible at the discretion of the courier used.
Europe, UK and USA: free
Other countries: €29
Upon delivery of the package, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In case of external damage (scratch, dent) or presence of signs of tampering, the Customer must sign the delivery note with "specific reserve" and enter in the "Notes" field the reason why you want to accept the package with reserve. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the insurance practice in case of disputes about the package. Remember also to check the labels on the parcels: they must show your name and address.
Eyewear shipped within the European Community is duty free and prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Glasses shipped to the Canary Islands is exempt from VAT, but is subject to customs duties upon receipt, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
Glasses shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties once they reach the destination country.
Goods being shipped outside the EU are excluded from value added tax, and may be subject to customs duties once they reach the destination country. These charges are outside of our control. For more information on customs costs please contact the customs agency.
Additional costs for customs duties are the responsibility of the customer; we cannot monitor these costs, nor estimate how much they will amount to. We also cannot refund any of the customs duties.
Returns and Withdrawals
If you wish to abandon your purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unused, in sellable condition and in their original packaging, with all labels still attached.
Returns of unwanted items are subject to payment of a small return charge equal to the cost of shipping as follows: 9€ Italy, 19€ Europe, 29€ rest of the world.
All refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original order, within 14 days of the arrival of the returned item at the warehouse in Italy.
Customer's liability for goods whose value has been diminished: The customer is responsible for merchandise that is damaged or whose value has been diminished due to mistreatment or any use of the merchandise that is not strictly related to knowing the functionality and characteristics of the product.
NRC reserves the right to refuse returns if communicated, sent or shipped after the specified days or if the products are not intact. All items are inspected before being shipped.
If you receive defective or faulty goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
To make a return, first of all write an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the order reference number, article code, date of receipt of the order and the reasons for the return. Once we have checked that the reasons comply with our conditions of sale, you can proceed with the return, which must take place within and not later than 14 days from the date of authorization of the return.
We only accept returns of items purchased on nrceyewear.com
